    Great comfy stay with lovely staff! Good breakfast, close to Airport, Shuttle bus to Airport, Starbucks and pizza restau

    Nice staff and ambience! Comfy beds, nice room, close to Airport, Airport shuttle, Starbucks etc just outside, breakfast included, had a laundry

    Waymo or most tours wouldn’t pick us up from that hotel

    It’s fine for one night!

    Close to airport and free shuttle.

    Hotel is dated. Furnishings and decor looking tired and worn. Broken lamp in room. Lack of sockets.

    not happy about no ac and still expected to pay full price for the inconvenience, we will not be back

    Location and how clean it was. In house starbucks. Staff were friendly.

    Our ac unit was broken upon arrival. It was hot, and very uncomfortable. They had maintenance come, but it was night time and just placed fans. They didn’t offer another room until the 3rd call. For the price, was not worth.

    Adequate, but disappointing.

    I usually stay here when I need to stay near LAX because of the shuttle service and breakfast. I'm rethinking this though.

    The air conditioning did not work, the toilet backed up, and breakfast was okay but not as many options as previously.
