    Carpet was coming up in my room and when told the front desk, she said they knew about it and were waiting on replacement.

    Going downhill

    Very limited selection of breakfast foods. Room and hotel are showing signs of neglect. Broken tiles in bathroom, dishwasher did not work, trash by ice machine. Cleanliness has gone downhill. Deferred maintenance is evident. Not a good Bonvoy name hotel.
