Good condition, bad service
Good room condition
This was the only hotel on our trip that charged us a deposit. It has been five days since we checked out, yet we still have not received the deposit back. We have contacted the hotel twice via Booking to enquire about the refund. The first time, we were told they would look into it. The second time, we only received a generic acknowledgement with no meaningful response. We have not been given any explanation for the delay, any updates, or any timeline for the refund. This has by far been our worst hotel experience ever!!!
