    Beautiful hotel and grounds in a clean. safe residential area- comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms!

    We loved the location. Very close to Newport but also had restaurants nearby and a grocery!

    Toxic Fragrances Ruined Vacation and my health

    As a person with asthma and chemical sensitivities I do NOT recommend this hotel. Used to stay here and always request fragrance chemical free but now they are spraying the headboards with fragrance, using scent pads in the vacuums, and strong scents in the lobby. I had major health issues staying here and the manager Michael Cascela does not understand the ADA and their obligations. He denied the use of fragrances when the other employees confirmed them, would not refund any of my stay when I could not sleep and spend much of the night in my hot car, Ruined a trip as we had to leave early and could not find another place to stay w short notice needing fragrance free. We are Elite Gold and. they would not find us another place to stay as outlined in Marriott literature. Spent 3 days in bed once I got home. Too bad othe remployees cared but manager does not value the customer.
