Comfortable stay at a new hotel
New, clean facility, lots of space in the room and kitchenette.

Very nice facility and a comfortable stay.
Staff - Christopher was excellent. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. thank you very much. The Inn was very clean and very comfortable.
My sister was traveling with us and had her own room booked. She received an email that the Inn was overbooked and she would not have a room here for the first night. The Inn did move her to a nearby Motel and did not charge her for that room. This was pretty inconvenient for us, but I think the Residence Inn made up for this nicely by not charging her for the room her first night and discounting her room at the Inn on her 2nd night. We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, but it's important how the Inn treated us when this happened. I think the Residence Inn handled this situation as well as can be expected. Thank you for that.

Logistics disaster for me on an important weekend
I can't rate the property because they cancelled my reservation by email 1 hr before arrival. Check-in was already confirmed on app. They moved me too far from where I needed to be and didn't give 2 room suite that I had booked.
