    Facility had its good days at some point for sure but for whatever reason it’s lacking updating and upkeeping. The room felt dingy, greesy and dusty. Carpet could use vacuuming and the whole place from bed headboard to window sides and air vents need a good dusting/cleaning. One could not enter through the side door because a huge pile of garbage was blocking the card reader to open the door. The worse was the toilet seat. It so old and disgusting dirty. After bringing this issue to staff’s attention. They sent maintenance to fix it while I was not in the room. Maintenance didn’t find anything wrong with it. I returned to realize that nothing was changed so I took photos and showed front desk the issue. I wasn’t simply complaining. That was unacceptable. They finally replaced it.

    The room phone was not hooked to call the front desk. The furniture and the couch were run down.
