Fine stay , awful communication
It is a fine hotel. I wanna give it a higher score but they refused to answer my messages before thestay and now after the stay refuse to answer my request for an invoice. I need the invoice to be refuned by my workplace.

Ottimo soggiorno in un accogliente appartamento
Appartamento monolocale molto accogliente e ampio, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Colazione buona tipica americana, specialmente considerando era inclusa nel prezzo. Posizione ottima a 5min a piedi da BART, in 20min si raggiunge il centro di San Francisco, in 30min si arriva in areoporto SFO. Letto comodissimo tra i migliori mai provati. La zona esterna e' tranquilla, tipica di una citta' americana (ovviamente da stare sempre attenti durante la notte). Per chi pensasse di soggiornare qui per visitare San Francisco con un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' una ottima opzione.
Tra i pochi difetti segnalo: mancanza di sale e olio in cucina, soffione della doccia poco potente, mancanza del doccino mobile (specialmente considerando non c’è bidet), wifi del residence non funzionante ma, dopo segnalazione, ci hanno fornito il wifi dell'hotel a fianco.

Great spot in Oakland in a central location.
Very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind.
The wait time for valet (return the vehicle the next day) was really long but the poor guy was by himself and so many people were waiting for their vehicles all at the same time.

A comfortable stay in the center of Oakland
A very comfortable place, huge room with a kitchen. Very clean and pleasant, I assume rooms were soundproof because it also felt incredibly quiet. Decent breakfast - I don’t expect much from hotels in this regard - but better than usual and coffee wasn’t bad.
Everything was excellent.
