    Room was beautiful, service was even better I’m just picky!! Stay her —- best hotel in the airport area

    Cleaning staff barely wanted to clean the room. They’d only bring towels. When urged to clean, they had a ln attitude. Breakfast food was the same thing everyday. No changes. It got depressing after day 3.

    The receptionist at the front desk was rude and not helpful with information for a shuttle to the airport. Made a terrible first impression. Unpleasant, unhappy never gave a single smile!

    Sink was completely clogged. No inspection of the room with customer set of eyes.

    Everything is new. The staff is nice. The restaurant and bar are surprisingly quite OK.
