  Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas pero el trato del personal fue deficiente cuando lo solicité.

  Fue una experiencia horrible para mi familia, pues compré unas pizzas para darle de cenar a los niños y cuando traté de encender el horno no funcionaba, luego llamé a la recepción y me dijeron que debía esperar hasta el día siguiente para que la pudieran revisar, dejando a mi familia sin opciones porque ya era tarde de la noche y estaba lluvioso. A todo eso se agrega el alto precio pagado por el alojamiento

  Convenient to Sesame Place, But Room for Improvement

  We stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location near Sesame Place, which was a definite plus for us. The positives: The breakfast was really good, and the coffee was great as well. The gym is not anything fancy, but if you’re someone who likes to get a workout in while on vacation, it will definitely get the job done. The indoor pool was also a nice bonus and very refreshing after spending some incredibly hot and humid days outside. The not-so-positives: The rooms are a little run down and could definitely use some updating. We noticed stains on the curtains, sofa, and floors, which took away from the overall appearance of the room. Unfortunately, the beds were also very uncomfortable. We requested housekeeping service during our stay, but our room was never serviced. Communication at the front desk was also inconsistent. We received conflicting information about what time breakfast ended, and as a result, my husband missed breakfast after working out. Overall, the location and breakfast were the highlights, but the condition of the rooms, uncomfortable beds, lack of housekeeping, and inconsistent communication made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.
