Our booking and reservation was not honored said the had no reservation for Bishop Estep , so he had to pay out of pocket, but were already paid for the room, this is not how I thought this would turn out. So you did not confirm my booking so the church had to repay for the the room that we thought we had already paid for, so we need you and your company to make this right, our bank shows you got $220.00 for the room Bishop had to pay for out of pocket, so where is the churches refund? Please make this right, does not look good for the company that operates this way. Thank You!!
My reservation was not confirmed with the hotel so the reservation was honored so the Esteps had to rebooked their rooms at the desk so I would like a refund for the transaction .

Never again!
Complementary ice cream and bottled water.
There was hair left in the tub and bathroom sink. When I reported this to the desk they said they would send house keeping but no one ever showed up. The bathroom light was too dim. The tub faucet leaked and kept us up all night. The facility is run down and they wanted a $150 pet fee for our goldendoodle to stay one night!
