Why the flood light in my windows?! Needs a maintenance spring cleaning and maintenance upgrade.

The team was phenomenal, so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice to our children. The breakfast buffet is well put together with the several options to put together

The flood light pointing at the windows!!! Why?! You fant sleep at night!!! The smell, the heat, the old features like the door lock screws are stripped and on other thing the screws are loose and old. The sinks cover doesn't allow proper drainage. The hallways were absolutely uncomfortable hot and muggy!!! The hallway by the pool has mildew and takes your breath away!!! There should be a designated smoker area not just smoking pools laying the property with kids near by.
