Ok except hot tub and pool were closed the days we were there.

Nice suite for a couple and a single.

Found out day we arrived that pool and hot tub were going to be closed the days we were there.

    Ok stay but no housekeeping…

This hotel is expensive - which is fine - but it should include housekeeping. We spent approx $3000 for our 3 night stay and never received housekeeping, even after asking multiple times. We were told that the best they could do was bring towels by and even that never happened :(

    Great property!

    The staff was very friendly.

On the 2nd to last day, the keys stopped working on 3 of the 4 rooms we rented. That was strange but the front desk was able to give new keys to all 3 rooms who experienced it.
