    Breakfast, Laundry service, kitchen

    This stay fell far short of our expectations. Considering the price point of this hotel and the level of service it ought to provide, the actual quality delivered was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, there is a noticeable drop in standards compared to other properties under the same corporate group. Here are a few honest facts for prospective guests to consider before booking: 1. Inconvenient Location and Poor Accessibility The hotel is in a relatively isolated location. If you do not drive and rely mainly on public transportation, I strongly advise thinking twice before booking. 2. Severe Noise and Poor Soundproofing Severely Disrupted Sleep The air conditioning unit in the room operated at an abnormally high noise level. Combined with poor soundproofing overall, we were completely unable to get a good rest during our stay, which severely impacted our sleep quality. 3. Outdated Facilities, Stained Carpeting, and Poor Hygiene The facilities in the room were quite aged. The carpet had visible stains, heavy dust and lint had accumulated under the curtains, and the sofa was so dirty that we did not dare sit on it. During our extended stay, my family members even suffered from skin allergies due to dust mites and poor room hygiene.

    Great price and location, but room wasn't great.

    Not expecting to have a accessible room (we didn't require one) - but if we did have a wheelchair it would have been hard to get it into the room based on the proximity of the couch to the door. We were a part of 3, so did need to use the pull out bed. We needed to move the couch as we were unable to put it out initially without it hitting the dresser where the TV was located. Smoke alarm battery went off in the middle of the night - and chirped needing a battery replacement until my husband disconnected it, but the chirping resumed in the morning.
