Good value. Excellent location, close to U District location and grocery stores.
Facilities are a bit old and the fridge was making a bit of noise at night. The room has a strong vinegar smell probably from the last guest.

It’s a great location by UW, the facilities are excellent and breakfast was excellent.
Location by the line near Neptune records - which is awesome and I’m a new customer. The breakfast was awesome. Staff were courteous and professional.

Very Clean and Comfortable
The clerk who checked us in was exceptionally friendly, polite, courteous and professional. The adjoining room proved to be invaluable as I had rapid and easy access to my elderly Mother whenever she needed any assistance. The hallway was clean and quiet as well as the rooms themselves. The rooms were well supplied with all amenities. Everything worked as expected. The thermostat was easy to use to adjust the room temperature to our preference. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night’s rest. The couch was comfortable to rest on while watching TV. The housekeeping staff were helpful with replenishing supplies. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of options for breakfast foods. The fruit was fresh and ripened perfectly. The breakfast line was well-maintained at all times. The coffee quality was some of the best we’ve had. The bussing staff were friendly, attentive and prompt in removing empty plates, silverware, etc. The checkout process was fast and easy. The location was excellent and in close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.
The morning desk clerk was not friendly.
