  Pet friendly

  Pet friendly. But not the first floor-convenient. They had to keep letting us in the room. Due to the key machine being broken. Only fixed the last day of my stay. The front desk clerk checking us in was new and kept trying to charge us again. After paid online. Then, tried to tell us that the room deposit was the same as the full price of the stay. Then, last night of stay. We were woken in the night with the AC making this Ungodly noise. The front desk staff did not know what to do to make it right. So, he moved us to another room saying the Manager would be there at 8. We had planned to be on the road before that. So, we waited for her not to show up. Then, the night staff never told the day staff anything about moving us. So, we had to explain everything again. Then, the Manager was called. She refused to come to the hotel or talk to us over the phone. Because, they were being audited at another hotel. Isn't part of an audit is to make sure your facility makes your guest happy. But, you couldn't take a 1 minute phone call for a paying customer?? I digress. The front staff was then told to give us points. I don't go anywhere enough to use points!! So, after getting nowhere there. The front end Manager who was also supposed to be there. Wasn't available until 9am. We were told. We won't check you out. Because, it's saying you owe us for the stay!! But, she will call you and fix it when she gets in. I said no. I want to speak to someone before I leave this state. I've seen the reviews of people being told this and never get a call back. I spoke with Stephanie who assured me that I would not be charged again. That she would call booking to give me a discount for our inconvenience. I'm still waiting for the adjustment. I called Booking.com and she had never called them to make it.. Straight up LIE. I still haven't seen the adjustment. Beware of this place. They make promises that they don't keep.

  If you want functionality dont stay here

  Great property , great location

  Old used soap left in shower , bathroom door wouldn’t latch ( had to lift up on door to make it latch ) the remodel made things worse ,( we were here back in march and it was perfect then -had to fight with front door to make it stay closed and lock!

  Nice, clean and comfortable

  I booked a two room suite so my grandmother wouldn’t be alone. Upon checking in, was told there were none available and instead had to have two separate rooms, which happened to be on separate floors. Caused distress for grandmother.
