    Unser Wochenende in dem Hotel war nicht so angenehm. Das Personal generell wirkte getresst, nicht sonderlich freundlich, man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Rezeption des Residence Inn wir im benachbarten AC Hotel, nicht ideal und entsprechend voll. Unser Fenster im Zimmer war defekt, ließ sich nicht schließen. Wurde zwar zeitnah repariert, sollte aber bei knapp 200 Euro/Nacht nicht vorkommen. Das Frühstück war schrecklich, total überfüllt, man musste in einer Schlange warten, bis man mal einen dreckigen Tisch bzw. Tresenplatz bekam. Das Produkte auf dem Buffet waren meist leer, das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen nicht hinterher, es war schrecklich. Wir mussten an einem Tresen frühstücken mangels Platz, ein schönes Wochenende in Frankreich stellt man sich anders vor.

    Otelin yan tarafında çoğu turistik noktaya rahatça ulaşım sağlayacağınız tramvay hattı mevcut. Odalar gayet geniş ve temiz. İhtiyacınız olabilecek mutfak malzemeleri mevcut. Odalar soğuk olabiliyor ancak resepsiyona ilettiğimizde hemen odaya ısıtıcı gönderdiler. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Kalabalıktan kaynaklı yetişmekte sorun yaşayabiliyorlar ancak eksiklikleri ilettiğinizde hemen tamamlıyorlar. Tek eleştireceğim konu odaların günlük temizlenmemesi ve terlik olmaması.

    Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und gut eingerichtet – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Frühstücksbereich ist jedoch für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas klein, besonders am Buffet. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung, allerdings fehlten zeitweise Tassen und Besteck. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
