Felt welcome and at home.
The room was clean and roomy. Comfortable bed and couch. We felt comfortable during our stay. It was great that they had washer and driers there to use. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay for the night
Hotel was clean! Staff was nice! Buffett breakfast that was included was one of the best I have had however they did shut it down early (9:30 a.m.)

Disappointing to say the least
This was an extremely disappointing hotel, to say the least. First of all, as a residence inn you would expect that if guests stay an extended period of time, there might be a bit of variety to the breakfast available. You would be wrong. Same old, same old. And get there early if you want any fruit. Be that as it may, if you stay in room 214, you get a fabulous view of the air conditioning units on the roof! And then we faced their housekeeping services, or lack thereof. I was given a card which stated stay over service is provided every other day for guests staying 2 nights or more. Maybe they just can't count, but that certainly didn't happen. After ten days, I became tired of asking for towels at the front desk. And on the off chance they actually service your room, I don't think the housekeeping staff knows what amenities means. They have difficulty with the English language. You would think they would notice if you are out of paper towels - not; toilet paper - not; dishwashing detergent - not. I won't continue, I think you get the idea. Oh, and be sure to check if your towels are clean. In most instances, they were not. I can't believe this is the type of service you receive at a Marriott. And one more word of advice - there are homeless and disturbed people all around the area so it is not a safe place to walk.
