Lucky we met Ms Martinez the GM
We spent here 4 nights . Unfortunately we had some issues with our room: the blinds wouldn’t move up or down ( maintenance walked in and said they could do nothing….). We also learned that there was no housekeeping in a daily basis ( we got a very busy paper stating a lot of things among which it also stated that….). I think it is important enough to be addressed at check in. After an unpleasant encounter at the reception we were lucky to meet Ms Martinez, the hotel GM and after a short conversation with her suddenly every thing improved! Breakfast was well organized with a very nice selection and a lot of tables to enjoy.

The Best Hotel to stay if you have Medical Issues
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. My husband has multiple myeloma and had to visit CO Blood Cancer Institute for 11 days. We had a lovely suite with 2 queen beds, kitchen, and seating area. The manager and the staff were so accommodating. We had to stay an extra day due to complications with my husband’s medicine and they figured out how to keep us in the same room for an extra night. This was right before Memorial Day weekend. We have 2 little Havanese dogs and they loved being in a pet friendly environment. We found a great doggie daycare facility and they went everyday and came home tired. The hotel also has great restaurants near by. We ate outside the sushi restaurant with the dogs at least 8 times. Food was delicious. The hotel is close to Whole Foods, Cherry Creek Mall, Walgreens and King Soopers. Again, if you have to stay in Denver for a long visit, this is the best place to be.

The property felt fresh and modernized. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was bright and well lit. The staff were super helpful.
