    It was just okay. Not the worst but definitely far from the best.

    Location was good for us. Bed was comfortable. We liked the fire pit outside. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

    The room and halls were not very clean. The pool area was very dirty and so much chlorine was used that it burned all of our eyes to even be in the room. That was a huge disappointment for us as we decided to stay here for the pool and could only stand to use it for about 15 minutes.

    Usually very happy at properties, but this one was not fun

    Good location

    Outside building entry door did not work evidently they said they’ve had a problem with it Loose hardware in the bathroom, loose hardware in the kitchen under bathroom sink you could see where the water has dripped a hole through the cabinet Sidewalk cement is crumbling in many areas and own edges. It’s a safety hazard. It’s a safety hazard waiting to happen. It isn’t just a specific area. It’s pretty much all over the property. Your parking lot needs to be resurfaced You had a generator running, which was fine, but it sounded like it was just about ready to blow up with the bearings We rarely get a late checkout and what it was approved, which was fine, but the key card didn’t work to the entry door or the room. We had to go back to the front desk and they explained to us that it was a new system could’ve told us about that.

    Staff is SUPERIOR!

    STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! I had several “issues” during my stay. They were all solved promptly and efficiently with a smile!

    It’s not that I don’t like this, but be advised this is a LARGE complex spread out into other buildings.

    Spacious suites

    Sidewalks and parking lot crumbling. Decor outdated, halls somewhat smelly.
