    Disappointed

    How close it is to the beach

    Customer service people not very friendly. The building seems so old and rusty.

    Perfect for our family

    The room was much more spacious than I anticipated. I love that there was a washer and dryer in the room so we could immediately wash our wet clothes. The restaurant on site has great food( must try the churros!) . The pool was nice with lots of seating both in the shade and the sun. Beach access was right past the pool. Cabanas and beach chairs have to be rented which was fine but should be included for guests.

    The cost of beach chairs and cabanas or umbrellas. We paid because we needed them but felt they should be included for guest as most other hotels do. They didn't "scrape" the sand and maintain the beach like the adjacent hotels but it was still beautiful.
