Beautiful Property and Caring Staff
We came in hot, anticipating a reservation snafu (of our own making). Mary and Scott worked with us to smooth out what turned out not to be a problem at all. Top notch from the get-go. The suite was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. We did not take advantage of the outdoor courtyard area because of our scheduled activities outside the hotel, but it would have been a nice space to wind down. The breakfast was marvelous and very well presented. Lots of choices for even the pickiest of eaters. If we find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Great facility, not so great hidden fees
The property is great. Everything’s clean, the staff is friendly, it’s very safe and they have free parking and breakfast.
Online it says a pet fee MAY apply. It does not say that they will charge you a non-refundable extra $100 for bringing your pet. Obviously we would not have chosen to stay here had we known, we would’ve just stayed downtown as the price would’ve been the same without the driving in and out of the city.
