    Établissement correct mais des améliorations à apporter pour une pleine satisfaction client

    La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Le personnel à l'accueil était accueillant et disposé à aider (conseils sur les épiceries alentour). Même si nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser toutes les installations, nous avons pu constater une salle de sport de taille correcte et bien équipée.

    L'hôtel est situé sur une artère très passante et bruyante. Même si l'isolation est correcte, il y avait toujours un bruit de fond dû à la circulation. Le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable et pas fait à notre arrivée alors que la réservation était faite pour 4 personnes. Le petit déjeuner était passable, choix peu varié et personnel pas vraiment engageant quand on demandait un réassort des produits manquants. L'espace petit déjeuner est exigu, pas vraiment pratique quand il y a de l'affluence.

    Très agréable

    Nous avons aimé l’accueil très chaleureux du personnel, les grandes chambres ainsi que le petit déjeuner complet et très varié. La piscine et le sauna était très agréable. C’était également très calme.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Montreal Midtown. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making my visit so comfortable and memorable.

    The bathroom lacked a fan, causing it to stay steamy, and the lighting was quite dim.
