    A very disappointing stay!

    Staff not very friendly. Some should definitely not be in the hospitality industry. Rented an efficiency with a kitchen but they had no ice. You would have thought they should go to the store and buy bags of ice for the customers staying at their hotel but they did not even offer. The complimentary breakfast my friend went to poor lukewarm water into her oatmeal container. They do not even have a microwave to heat it up. The gentleman told her just to cover the lid but the water was not even hot enough. It looked like we were bothering him when we asked him a question. Would not stay here again.

    Not friendly

    Probably one of the worst experiences the most unfriendly with no knowledge of the Marriot system just too many things went wrong, but the worst wasthe front desk. It would be the last place I would ever stay in again. I’d sleep in my car. And I stay at over 100 nights at Marriot a year.

    The hospitality here is unmatched.

    ​What really sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. Every single employee we interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help. General Manager Carmen runs a fantastic property, and it shows. Jennifer, the housekeeping manager, keeps the rooms absolutely pristine, and David from maintenance clearly works hard behind the scenes because everything works perfectly. A huge shout-out to Victor and Oscar at the complimentary breakfast, too—they gave us the best start to our mornings! ​Beyond the stellar service, the room layout was incredibly thoughtful, the shower had amazing water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. They really understand what travelers need to feel at home. Highly impressed!
