Dorothy at the front seat is phenomenal. She is so gracious and kind and absolutely the best asset to our stay there.

It was close to the Mayo Clinic and had transportation to the clinic

The 1st night I needed a room they were completely booked. They should keep rooms open for people who have patients at the Mayo hospital and don’t know for sure if they are admitted. If the property is on the Mayo grounds they should accommodate all the time. Very inconvenient when you have to find a room at 10 o’clock night

Our room was much more comfortable this time. There was no noise from the outside ventilation system, and the pleasant weather allowed us to open the window and enjoy some fresh air. One thing we especially appreciate about staying here is the wonderful customer service. The entire staff is consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they genuinely make guests feel cared for. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue when my credit card was declined, but Erica was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and went out of her way to help us resolve the situation. She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and we were truly grateful for her help. Erica is a perfect example of the warmth and professionalism we've experienced from your entire team. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

We've always enjoyed the breakfast here, so this visit was a little disappointing compared to our previous experiences. We usually have breakfast at the same time, just before 7 am, and in the past, both the food and service have been consistently excellent. Unfortunately, this time several things seemed to be running out, including juice, coffee, and silverware, and there wasn't always someone available to help. I waited quite a while for a fork, and when a staff member finally appeared, she wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. I also noticed other guests opening the kitchen door to ask for things. The coffee was unusually thick and didn't taste very good, and the muffins were cold, as though they had just come out of the refrigerator. Overall, the food and service weren't quite up to the wonderful standard we've experienced on our previous visits. We also had a small issue with the dishwasher in our room. The latch appeared to be broken, so we couldn't use it. Unfortunately, it hadn't been cleaned either, and there were coffee and food remnants inside, suggesting that a previous guest may have encountered the same problem. We didn't discover this until late the night before our departure, so I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, and they kindly assured me it would be taken care of. On a positive note, we appreciated having dish soap and a sponge provided, so washing our dishes by hand was no problem. I share these observations only because our experiences here have always been so positive, and we've come to appreciate the high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. These were relatively minor disappointments in an otherwise pleasant stay, and they certainly don't take away from how much we appreciate your wonderful staff and the care they provide.

    It was comfertable

It was OK and in a good location

The trim in the Bathroom that holds the towels the paint was chipping off I would recommend a man made material that does not need painting.
