A nice waterfront property in downtown Portland away from the hustle and bustle of a downtown location with nice waterfr
Clean, convenient and located on a waterfront walkway in downtown Portland. The lobby was well appointed and the front office was very accommodating to some special requests.
The breakfast which was included with the room was a typical hotel fare. Surprisingly there was very little fresh fruit and for the cost of the room, I would rate it as only adequate. There is a very nice parking garage on the property, but there is a mandatory $42 parking charge and no other options to park close to the property. .

convenient for the location, will only stay here when needing this specific location or its the Moxy
love the feel of the hotel, happy with the rooms and size, my two room suite was shaped oddly but not bad.
second time trying this hotel so i used booking.com and when i messaged this hotel they treated me poorly and told me to message booking.com. Woman at front desk both stays smelled like somebody afraid of water.
