Very convenient location, immediately next to the Buanarotti metro exit. Amazing stuff who helped us on checking, checkout and in between - they were very kind and friendly! We were staying here in August with temperatures never going under 25°C and mostly being around 35°C, so having laundry facility available in the hotel was very handy. There are at least 2 supermarkets in 5-8 mins away, so it's easy to stock with anything you might need.
The AC was a little noisy when running on high speed, but it was a minor nuance.

I liked everything. You can get anywhere by the underground. Lots of nice places nearby too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is clean and quiet. Absolutely no issues!
