Location, ground floor, very spacious, private, friendly owner. Good car parking. Fridge large, clean and new.

Furniture and fittings very tired and some broken eg cooker hood light broken and extractor very dirty. Shower curtain a bit mouldy, shower fitting old and a bit rusty. Cupboards, drawers and wardrobes smelt musty and stale. Pillows (underneath pillowcases) were old and stained.
