  Absolutely appalling and unacceptable I I cold not wait to leave.

  IT was near central.

  The host did not meet my wife and 1 year child at the location. They ignored her calls on arrival afther she was told to call them on arrival.!😡 Luckily I found them walking around near the location. On the second day we arrived home at 10.20 pm at night to find the pass key number did not work and we were locked out . I called one host 4 times he did not answer and then switched his phone off . Then I called the day host number .( He answered then hung up on me when I explained we had been looked out of the apartment with a 1 year old baby .) I called 6 times after this all calls were rejected. 😡 Then he switched his phone off. After 45 minutes off being looked out I tried one last attempt of trying the pass key number before looking for a hotel room as it was nearly 12 midnight. Thank God it worked. (Absolutely disgusted by the two hosts who's job was to host us) very unprofessional ! Shame on you ! Leaving us and a 1 year old baby to fend for them selves . They were more interested in sleeping and taking our money then helping us it seemed like . On three occasions my wife was left scared with the baby because people were knocking on the door trying to get in because they had also booked the same apartment. 😡 The hosts over booked the apartment to three over parties 😡😤 I was told by one party the hosts often do this . 😡 The building smells in side and out side because we where next door to a open market and chicken Slater house and open dust bins out the apartment . We were left physically Vomiting and sick from the smell of everything. The clothing washing machine did not clean our clothing well and it left them smelly really bad . To did I had no contact with at all . (ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL HOSTS) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DOG TO STAY WITH THESE SO CALLED HOSTS PEOPLE) THEY ARE DISCUSSING PEOPLE WITH NO MORALS WHO ONLY WHANT YOUR MONEY.

  Lo staff è stato subito disponibile nel risolvere il problema della pulizia

  La zona era trasandata, per niente pulita con odori e rumori di tutti i tipi. A primo impatto l’appartamento non è male perché risulta moderno, ma alcuni dettagli lasciavano desiderare. Un cuscino era macchiato, il lavandino aveva dei capelli, la carta igienica era sporca e già usata. C’erano degli insetti morti, il divano e la poltrona erano macchiati e avevano le briciole sopra.
