  Disappointing experience and unexpected additional requirements

  Mattresses

  We booked this accommodation well in advance and specifically chose it because towels were listed as included and there were no apparent hidden costs. A few days before arrival, we were suddenly informed about extra charges, a deposit that had not been mentioned when booking, and a list of potential fines, including for not cleaning the stove. No cleaning supplies were provided. We were also required to sign a contract in Italian, which stated that we still owed the management company a small amount despite having paid everything requested. When we asked for this to be corrected, our concern was dismissed rather than addressed. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned: there were ants, empty beer bottles and a lot of sand/dirt on the floor. We even had to put pillowcases on the pillows ourselves. The shower was extremely small, the water heater was tiny, and the air conditioning did not cool the apartment despite running at full power. When we reported this, the response from management did not resolve the issue. The apartment was supposedly suitable for five people, yet there was only one normal-sized mug. The mattresses were comfortable, but unfortunately that was the only real positive. Overall, the stay was frustrating, with poor communication, unexpected requirements and inadequate cleanliness and facilities. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

  Aquém das nossas expectativas....!!!

  Boa localizacao com estacionamento privado

  A habitação ficou aquém das nossas expectativas, muito pouco confortável, nada acolhedora e com mobiliário antiquado (candeeiros de um dos quartos eram dos anos 70/80). Casa com poucas comodidades, sem microondas, sem torradeira etc., tinha mesmo apenas o minimo.!! Quando fizemos a reserva as fotos apresentam um conjunto de apartamentos que partilham um espaço e acesso comum, no entanto o apartamento que nos foi atribuído não corresponde nem está inserido nesse espaço, o acesso ao apartamento é feito por um portão lateral separado do condomínio apresentado. Quanto á limpeza existiam muitas formigas na bancada da cozinha. A nota positiva vai para o WC que tinha sido renovado recentemente.

  Tutto da rivedere dentro e fuori

  L'appartamento è completamente da rivedere negli arredi e nelle dotazioni datate e rovinate. Abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano di una palazzina con un solo split per l'intera casa e telecomando universale non funzionante. La doccia con tenda è di dimensioni ridottissime inadeguata per qualsiasi adulto. Pochissime stoviglie e di dimensioni esagerate se si soggiorna in due. Luci esterne all'appartamento quelle che illuminavano le scale rotte. In sintesi, una struttura da rivedere per giustificare il prezzo richiesto.
