    Lokalizacja, miejscowość, otoczenie

    Nieprawdziwy opis położenia w budynku i "składu" apartamentu. Brak informacji że położenie to parter (poziom gruntu). Trudno powiedzieć że apartament zawiera taras na którym z przyjemnością można byłoby spożyć śniadanie lub posiedzieć pod wieczór. To przejście do suszarni. Ponadto jak wynika z opisu apartament składa się z: kuchni (aneks jest ok), sypialni, łazienki i salonu. To w żadnym razie nie odpowiada opisowi. Klaustrofobiczna wielkość łazienki. Ponadto nocne odgłosy kanalizacji przerywające sen powinny też być opisane.
