    Worth it for location, terrace and price, but needs serious updating

    Great location on lungomare. Large flat with huge terrace with dining table. Had laundry (but no detergent)

    Needs serious updating (decor, lighting, bathrooms, noisy AC units), no smart TV, no garbage pail in either bathroom, no soap dishes) Minimalist - felt like a dorm apartment.

    Ottima struttura e ottima posizione, molto disponibili anche le persone dell’agenzia che gestiscono il residence.

    E in una posizione strategica per poter essere fuori dal caos del centro di Gallipoli e allo stesso tempo arrivarci comodamente. Molto bello l’ampio terrazzo, comoda la lavatrice e tanti mobili/spazi dove riporre le cose. Sotto al residence vi sono bar ristoranti un supermercato e una edicola.

    Una cosa banale ma i lampadari rilasciano una luce rosse che è poco luminosa. Per il resto l’appartamento era ben tenuto.

    Ottimo, ma qualche pecca

    La casa molto bella è accogliente, le persone super disponibili, vicino a tutto sia per mangiare sia per divertirsi Anche molto vicino al mare Terrazza magnifica (dove abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo)

    Appena siamo arrivati il Wi-Fi non c’era e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 3 giorni, senza nemmeno una tacca di connessione anche solo per chiamare a casa Avremmo voluto qualcosa in più per sistemare magari anche solo uno straccio per asciugare il pavimento
