La posizione ottima, la vicinanza a tanti supermercati e a spiagge molto belle.
La pulizia non era ottimale quando siamo arrivati, ragnatele ovunque (anche tra la testata e la rete del letto) e tantissimi ragni.

Super ruhige Unterkunft mit privaten Parkplätzen
Der Kontakt mit Maurizio verlief jedes Mal einwandfrei. Er war immer und zur jeder Zeit erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Wir haben zu Beginn unserer Reise von Maurizio eine Datei zugeschickt bekommen, die uns auf die strikte Mülltrennung hingewiesen hat. Außerdem sind da viele Tipps und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe aufgelistet. In der Küche war alles an Geräten vorhanden und auch Basics, wie Salz/Pfeffer, Öl usw. waren vorhanden. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir hatten auch Waschmittel in der Unterkunft. Private Parkplätze waren ebenfalls direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist extrem ruhig gelegen und man hat einen eigenen Garten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf Sardinien!
Wir hatten anfangs kein warmes Wasser, weil es ausgeschaltet war. Das ließ sich allerdings sehr schnell mit Maurizio klären und es funktionierte innerhalb weniger Minuten.

A 500 metri dalla spiaggia, posto tranquillo, residence ricco di dotazioni e molto confortevole. Ruvide le istruzioni scritte iniziali, evidentemente dettate da brutte esperienze, ma Proprietario molto disponibile, cortese e facilmente contattabile.
Naturalmente non dipende dalla struttura ma le spiagge nei dintorni (San Teodoro, porto Ottiolu, Budoni, porto Ainu...) per chilometri e per tutto il periodo del soggiorno (seconda settimana di luglio 2026) erano piene di posidonia, a volte al limite della praticabilità. Solo una spiaggia, Bolma Beach, di sassi, non attrezzata, e con una bella pineta, ne è stata risparmiata. Non ho idea della persistenza del fenomeno, che potrebbe essere occasionale o frequente.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e dotato di ogni tipo di confort.
Appartamento molto bello immerso nel verde e vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Ainu. Le Spiagge piu rinomate di San Teodoro sono accessibili con una mezz' ora di auto. Appartamento molto fresco, nonostante il caldo torrido esterno non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore! Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, sia per la casa che per il giardino. Gestore e tutto il suo staff molto disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di evenienza.
