I wouldn't go there for my holidays since there is no privacy and it was dirty.

it had a barbecue and the kitchen facilities were complete. There is a parking spot inside the residence. we had two sun beds near the pool but they were dirty.

The beds were very uncomfortable the house was closed for a while and had a damping smell that wouldn't go away. it said adapted for the animals but the shelf got broken when my cat jumped on it which could have hurt her seriously. There is a pool in common but it was very dirty and full of insects and nobody cleaned it while we were there so we couldn't actually use it. the towels for the pool also weren't very clean. The house didn't have so much privacy in the morning if you moved curtains all the neighbours could see into the house.
