Luxe verwennerij.
Vriendelijke ontvangst en introductie van de faciliteiten. Heerlijk luxe verblijf op een gunstige locatie.
Ons appartement bevond zich aan de achterkant van het gebouw en keek uit op muren. Dit hadden we verwacht gezien de beschrijving. Daardoor was het wel erg koel, dat was fijn met de warme zomertemperauturen! Het was ook vermeld, dus goed kijken naar de beschrijving en foto's van het desbetreffende appartement! Daarentegen konden we gebruik maken van de voortuin met loungebank en de relaxruimte, waar ondanks dat alles volgeboekt was weinig gebruik van werd gemaakt en dat was heerlijk! Wij vonden het een hoop geld voor een overnachting. . Helaas is dat in dit gebied en in het hoogseizoen mogelijk. Maar door de luxe ervaring en de gunstige locatie om dit deel van de Dolomieten te verkennen hadden wij het er voor over! We hebben genoten van een paar dagen in dit verblijf! Heerlijke luxe verwennerij!

Beautiful property with great views. Sauna was great. Staff very helpful.
Need presorted cans for trash. Expecting guests to sort from a single can is not going to have great results

Příjemné ubytování, zbytečné nedostatky
Moc pěkné ubytování, hezký, dobře vybavený a účelně uspořádaný apartmán, příjemný balkon s výhledem, bezproblémové parkování, pěkná zahrada k posezení.
Přijeli jsme v chladných dnech, na pokoji bylo fakt nepříjemně chladno, na dotaz a následně urgenci ohledně topení jsme obdrželi jen reakci, že je asi rozbité a že se to možná spraví. Pak už bez jakékoli další reakce, naštěstí se brzy oteplilo. Podobně mě zaráží, že vám sice vymění ručníky, ale nedoplní toaleťák (a s pokojskou se fakt nedomluvíte), nebo že máte jednu lahvičku mýdlo/šampon, kterou si musíte přenášet mezi umyvadlem a sprchou. Nebo tradiční šachy s odpadky - musíte třídit vše včetně bioodpadu, ale vyfasujete jediný sáček na směsný odpad. Zbytečné drobnosti narušující dojem z jinak vážně pěkného ubytování.
