    Beautiful location, missing a few warm touches.

    The location is excellent; walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. Short drive to Bardolino and Lazise which are both very nice towns. We had a first floor 2 bed apartment; it had a great view over the lake. The apartment and complex were very clean and maintained. I asked for extra pillows and these were provided though my husband advised this request seemed to cause some surprise! (One pillow each provided 🤷🏻‍♀️)

    A few negatives. The living area is very sparse; no sofa, only couple of chairs aside the dining chairs. The electrical sockets across the apartment are sparse and poorly positioned; one in the kitchen area meaning kettle and toaster couldn't be used together. Disappointing there is absolutely nothing in terms of hospitality, not even a bottle of water. No shower gel provided. Parking / Access We were told to park at the back of the property; the host seemed quite irritated when we parked in the one at the front on arrival (not sure how we were expected to know!); not sure why couldn't park there, not explained. The access to the back car park is awful, really tight turns and getting out into the main road was hair raising. The pool is ice cold, this was just about ok as it was warm.

    The location was perfect, over looking Lake Garda and 20min walk to Bardalino. Good restaurants located a few min walk overlooking the lake. Supermarket 10 min walk & bus stop a few min walk which takes you to Verona, Airport, Movieland, waterpark and north of the island.

    The pool was great and almost exclusive to us, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade.
