  Great location, but undisclosed fees undermined the value The property is very close to the city center, which we really appreciated. The apartment was quite clean, though the furnishings are getting old.

  The kitchen lacked some basics such as a wooden spoon or a small knife for chopping, and the scratched plastic cutting board and non-stick pan are due for replacement. We'd recommend that the owners consider soundproofing the ceilings. Every morning around 6 a.m. we were woken by stomping and running from the apartment above, which is not what you want on vacation. Our biggest concern is the transparency of fees and rules. There is a €10 fee for taking out the trash, which was not mentioned anywhere, and it is charged per bin. With around five bins in the apartment, that would come to €50. We ended up carrying the trash out ourselves, but we don't understand why guests should have to, and had we known in advance, we would have reconsidered booking. We also only learned about the €15 per night pet fee on the day of arrival, which came to €45 in total. We travel often with our small dog and are used to pet fees, but we had never been charged for a small dog before. On top of that, we only discovered the house rules after arriving: no dogs on the bed, no dogs on the sofa, and no dogs around the pool area. The owner kindly agreed to let our dog sleep in the bed with us, as he's used to it, but the situation was uncomfortable. We understand the pool restriction, but not why the dog couldn't be on the garden lawn. The listing calls pets "very welcome", yet in practice they can do almost nothing. We'd suggest adding all of this information to the Booking.com listing, for example in a Q&A section, so guests with pets can make an informed choice before booking.

  اولا قربها لسنتر ريڤا تقريبا مشي 10 د ثانيا مستوى الأمان العااااالي جداااا ثالثا النظافه الملحوظه في الشقه وجميع المرافق المواقف المتوفره المطبخ متوفر فيه جميع الإحتياجات تعاون المضيف لايتوفر شطاف ولاكن يتوفر مايسمى ب( البوديه) ممكن يؤدي الغرض لايتوفر افطار البته المكان جدا هادئ ومريح والاطلاله على الحبل من الحديثه جدا رائعه يتوفر بالقرب من االسكن مصنع لزيت الزيتون حركة حلوه لو حابين تزورونه 😍👌🏼 تجاوب المضيف السريع عبر الواتس 👌🏼 يبعد عن تلفريك ريڤا 25 د تقريبا

  اجراءات الدخول مشدده جدا ولاكن سهله يتطلب الدفع اونلاين عبر روابط وهاذا يمكن ان يكون مقلق للبعض او غير مرن في حال الرغبه باستغلال الوقت لزياره ريفا قد يكون بدافع الامان العالي 👌🏼

  المكان جداً ممتاز ومنظم وايفان وعائلته متعاونين كثير وقبل اجي ارسلي كل شي احتاجه بالمكان بمقاطع فديو على الواتس اب وصرت عارف المكان كامل واللي حواليني بدون اتعب نفسي.. المكان هادي موقعه من السنتر مشي 10 دقايق وبالسياره يمكن 4 دقايق الى اقرب مكان باركينق وبعدين تكمل مشي.. كل شي كانو متعاونين فيه طاقم السكن ومحترمين وتعاملهم جداً جداً راقي.. لكن شغلتين نوعاً ما ماعجبتني ويمكن تكون عاديه لكن انا اول مره اواجه الموضوع هذا.. الفرش حق النوم حسيته ماهو نظيف مره وكان فيه غبار وضايقني هذا الشي.. الشغله الثانيه طلبو مني اما اشيل الزبايل كلها وارميها بنفسي بالقمامه الخارجيه قبل اطلع وكان وقت متاخر بصراحه انهم يبلغونك بالشي هذا او ادفع 10 يورو كاش وهم راح يرمونها وقت تنظيف الغرفه وقت التشيك اوت.. ماعجبني التصرف هذا رغم اني دفعت لاني مستعجل ولابس ملابسي وخلاص مرتب اغراضي كلها مفروض علموني من اول مادخلت السكن.. لان المطبخ ودورة المياه كان فيها سلة مهملات صغيره والبلكونه كان فيها ثلاث سلات قمامه كبيره ولا استخدمتها الصغار كانت تكفيني ولكن صدمني طلبهم اثناء التشيك اوت وانجبرت احط لهم المبلغ 🤗
