    Ótima localização, casa bem equipada com utensílio s, tela de mosquito em todas as janelas, chuveiro com boa pressão água, tvsmart, casa fresca

    Ausência de ar condicionado e forno elétrico esquenta pouco.

    Casa muito agradável

    Casa muito agradável. Local excelente. Tudo como anunciado. Condomínio bastante tranquilo na época em que fui. Área externa ampla. Bastante utensílios de cozinha e tudo aparentemente novo. Muito bom!

    Não é uma crítica, mas observação. Para idosos e crianças achei perigosa a escada para os quartos. Degraus curtos e muito em pé. Deve-se ter atenção redobrada. No mais, nada a reclamar.
