Great location and amenities. It's an elderly home, so cute old people all around.

Tolle Location mit unschönen Nebenwirkungen
Die Lage, das Personal bzw. der Service sowie der Wellnessbereich
Die Lautstärke bzw. Hellhörigkeit. In den Apartments, neben bzw unter uns wurde renoviert. vor allem die Schleifmaschine war grenzwertig und hat uns den Urlaub versaut. Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr hellhörig. Dazu haben wir im Restaurant „Untermieter“ gesichtet, Teile des Personals sowie der Dauermieter hatten uns bestätigt dass es dort diesbezüglich Probleme gibt. Das war nicht so schmackhaft…

房间大，有阳台，有庭院，环境好，设施好。厨房设备及用具齐全，安全、安静、卫生，离科隆火车站很近，步行仅需5分钟。步行至科隆大教堂也只需要5分钟。有室内游泳池及一些健身设施，是一家中高档的养老公寓式酒店。
电梯的空间较小，上升速度较慢。厨房中电灶的火力不够大，温度上升较慢，若想高温爆炒菜类较困难。价格太贵，每晚房费约150欧元。
