    Nicht ausnahmslos empfehlenswert!

    Die Ausstattung mit Haushaltsgeräten war sehr ordentlich. Die nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung im Bad wurde schnell behoben

    Die Lautstärke auf der Straße Klünderberg/Ecke Putbuser Str. 20 (Villa Capitello) war sehr belastend, zum einen durch die Schnittstelle von Basalt auf Asphaltpflaster, zum anderen durch einen Anstieg auf der asphaltierten Straße, die die Autos und vor allem die Motorräder zum Anlass genommen haben, besonders kräftig Gas zu geben, was mit einer enormen Lautstärke verbunden war, zumal der Schall von einer gegenüberliegenden Mauer reflektiert wurde. Das andere ist, dass es auf dem Balkon an einem Sonnenschutz (z.b. Schirm) fehlte, so dass es morgens wegen der enormen Sonneneinstrahlung nicht möglich war, dort zu sitzen, meistens erst am Abend.

    Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend.

    Das Problem sind die Parkplätze leider etwas zu eng für große Fahrzeuge.
