Posizione bellissima, vicinissimo al centro, dove sono presenti negozi, bar, ristoranti e a 10 minuti dal mare. Appartamento molto ampio bel soggiorno 2 camere da letto 1 bagno e al piano di sotto una piccola cucina dotata di frigo, congelatore, piano cottura, microonde e macchinetta del caffè.
La struttura è un po' datata andrebbe ristrutturata un pochino, comunque niente che va compromettere il soggiorno.

Valutazione appena sufficiente grazie a posizione e arredi, ma poca cura dei dettagli bar
Appartamento piuttosto ampio e bello, in centro a Vasto, dispone di condizionatore.
All’esterno il palazzo cade abbastanza a pezzi, e le foto su Booking mostrano l’esterno di un altro palazzo. Gli infissi sono vecchi e le finestre non si chiudono. Non è stato verificato prima dell’ingresso che il condizionatore funzionasse, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare le pile. La cosa più negativa però è stato il fatto che al piano di sotto la cucina è invasa da formiche; la prima volta che l’abbiamo detto alla referente, ha dichiarato che non le risultava il problema (ma vedi dalle recensioni che è un problema ricorrente) e che comunque potevamo comprare qualcosa per debellarle. Prima della partenza abbiamo di nuovo fatto presente che sarebbe stato opportuno risolvere il problema per gli inquilini successivi, e la referente ha comprato un insetticida non adatto ad ambienti con alimenti… ma noi avremmo dovuto usarli in cucina.

Disappointing. Stressful.
The Agent taking care of the apartment claimed extra different charges, which were not listed on the Booking.com page at times of booking. Refused to answer if A/C works ( there was a heat wave of 35C). We realized - it doesn't. No a/c in the bedrooms , only in a living room. Did not confirm that, at least there are fans provided.. Then, two hours before arrival time, she wrote to us that she does not like the tone of our questions, and refused to check-in (which confirmed to us that not everything in this apartment was really as promised) The Booking.com had to find us a replacement place to stay
