Delightful, well situated, comfortable apartment which will suited for an individual or couple.
Very well situated in center of everything. The apartment was comfortable, lots of light. The owners gave careful thought to making the place comfortable.

Nel cuore della Lucca storica
La posizione, centralissima, nella storica via Fillungo all'interno di un antico palazzo nobiliare. Gentilissimo il proprietario, sig. Valerio. In cucina tutti i confort per la colazione, un te o un caffè. Alloggio confortevole e pieno di ricordi del passato, libri e guide per visitare Lucca.

So Generous!
This is a large, lovely,quiet studio that was immaculately clean. Everything about it was generous, including the many breakfast items and beverages provided by the kind hosts.
Everything was wonderful - but important to note that this apartment is on the top floor, with 56 steps to climb - a good way to work off Lucca's delicious food!

Peaceful and relaxing. Our 2nd visit to Lucca and will not be our last.
Beautiful apartment in a central location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and perfect for exploring Lucca. Dispite being in the centre of a busy part of the town, the aparment was quiet and we enjoyed a peaceful and restful holiday. The apartment had everything we needed and Valerio was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of valuable tips and information.
There were no negatives. We will stay again.

Eccellente residenza in posizione invidiabile.
Posizione centralissima impossibile passeggiare per Lucca senza incrociare via Fillungo, pulizia impeccabile, host disponibile e squisitamente gentile, accoglienza e dotazioni residenza impeccabili, massima tranquillitá nessun rumore dalla affollata via Fillungo disturba gli ospiti. La residenza è al secondo piano di un palazzo storico che, almeno per me risulta giá un incanto, gli interni sono curati e ottimamente tenuti con il rispetto che si deve a tale palazzo e senza eccessi "moderni" dotata di riscaldamento, condizionamento, ampia finestra , cucina completa con micro onde tostapane lavastoviglie ampio antibagno e bagno rappresenta una ottima soluzione anche per soggiorni settimanali. Davvero difficile trovare difetti, l'host poi è la ciliegina sulla torta, pacati, gentile, premuroso. Grazie davvero.
Devo andare a cercare peli nell'uovo? Difficile ma sono certo che se ci fosse qualcosa che potrebbe essere segnalato il Sig. Vittorio provvederebbe immediatamente quindi non segnalo neppure le stupidaggini che solo a volere si potrebbero trovare.
