  La posizione è decisamente top! Alzarsi alla mattina e trovarsi il mare sotto il balcone, col Vesuvio difronte, è inestimabile! Percorrere via Partenope, via Caracciolo e arrivare a Mergellina, con Capri e la costiera alla tua sinistra, osservando il mare, col sole che ti accompagna, vuol dire che hai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una vacanza indimenticabile! Appartamento dotato di tutto l'indispensabile, cucina attrezzatissima. Ma con le bontà che ci sono in giro, non vale la pena neanche sporcare.

  Nel complesso, tutto accettabile, nulla di cui lamentarsi. Sicuramente c'è qualcosa da migliorare, ma non da precluderne positivamente il soggiorno.

  Spacieux, vue sur la marina et le Vésuve

  Immeuble décrépi et en chantier Au premier étage et au dessus d'un bar restaurant bruyant et station essence (odeurs) Pas propre et mal entretenu.

  Incredibile esperienza in una Casa-Yacht sul mare a pochi metri dal Castel dell' Ovo

  - Rifiniture interne che riproducono lo spazio abitabile di una nave , tutto molto curato e studiato - Posizione spettacolare proprio sul mare ma che permette a raggiungere in pochi minuti le attrazioni più importanti della città - Il comfort ( non mancava niente) - Arredamenti e oggetti all' interno - Pulizia - Accoglienza

  I had a 3 day reservation and left after the first night.

  The view was lovely

  The entry way was full of rubble and seemed to be under construction. There were ants in the living area. The bathroom was about 90 degrees. We had such a hard time operating the key that we had to get hemp at 19:20 PM.

  A wonderfully quirky, boat-style apartment

  Residenza Borgo Marinaro is a brilliant place to stay in Naples! The location right on the Lungomare in the historic Borgo Marinaro-nestled right next to the iconic Castel dell'Ovo. You are steps away from fantastic seafront restaurants, vibrant marina views, and a lovely coastal breeze. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover if you see scaffolding on the exterior. Inside, the apartment is uniquely quirky, styled like a ship with the bedroom and bathroom raised up, which gives it a very fun, nautical character. While there are a few minor imperfections in the bathroom, they are easy to overlook for a short stay when balanced against the space, charm, and overall atmosphere. Best of all, the view of Mount Vesuvius and the harbour right from the apartment is simply breathtaking!

  Nothing to do with the apartment itself-our stay was great! However, a word of advice for future guests: if you decide to dine at Lavius restaurant right below the apartment, be cautious when accepting the waiter’s recommendations for the daily fresh fish or crab dishes. They don't clearly state the weight-based pricing and you'll end up paying far more than for anything else listed on the standard menu.
