Great staff and would recommend
The property is in a quiet area of Venice, 10 minutes and you are at the bus station and the glass bridge. It has some lovely little canals which I have never seen before. It was clean, safe and secure. Beatrice was amazing met us at night to show us to the property and stay in contact even when our flight was delayed.
We were only there for 2 nights, if I was longer I know Beatrice would have gone out of her way to accommodate the request of extra pillows.

Lovely warm welcome and communication from Beatrice - she was very lovely to deal with. The space was large and airy and facilities were ideal for what we needed - Beatrice was great at showing us around the place and advising on how to use the facilities. We were very comfortable and only wish we'd have stayed for longer! The location was very quiet and this little tucked away apartment was so peaceful.
Only difficulty was finding the apartment at first (tucked down a side street) but we got there after a quick search.

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesarío para cocinar. Estaba alejado del centro, pero con el vaporetto se puede estar en 10 minutos en el centro, incluso se puede ir caminando, si quieres pasear.
