    Ci hanno ricevuto bene, però al momento de entrare alla stanza aveva una scala da legno dove stava il letto per due persone, praticamente un secondo piano dentro della stanza dove era tutto da legno con bucco dove se vedeva troppe falene, anche attaccato nel tetto. E anche zanzare. Ho chiesto al propietario di darmi un altra stanza mi ha detto che non aveva, ha risposto che tutto Firenze e così pieno di zanzare. Sono delusa perché non mi hanno dato nessuna soluzione siamo arrivate alle 18.30 e mi ha detto che devono pulire ho risposto perché non lo hanno fatto prima di arrivare. Purtroppo queste signore non stato amabile né ha voluto farmi almeno una restituzione di quello che ho pagato e lui era il proprietario. Quindi ci siamo andate a cercare un altro albergo a quell'ora di notte. Questo stato un esperienza terribile, non e possibile che in foto tutto se vede bello, però la realtà è un altra.

    Great location, Good room, bad kitchen

    Perfect location to visit the most famous attractions. Everything 15-20 minutes walking maximum. Very spacious and clean room.

    You can only check in after 3pm and have to check out at 10am I notified previously that my arrival would be at 4pm and I waited on the street for 25 minutes until someone come to open The kitchen is shared and poorly equipped. It's a italian kitchen with no cheese grater. On the first day we bought a bottle of wine but only one glass was available. There's no sugar.

    Good location, nice facilities and an excellent host

    Facilities, hosts waiting for us when we were expected at the property to give us walkthrough of everything how to use and what to do

    Have to go upstairs for bathroom. Not exactly a bad thing but we are having severe knee issues
