    AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

    AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS! Our experience was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We found dirty bedsheets, hairs on the pillow, filthy walls, and a broken bed that had been poorly replaced with a smaller one. These are basic hygiene and safety standards that any accommodation should meet. I also experienced skin problems during our stay, which raised further concerns about cleanliness. We contacted Booking.com, provided photographic evidence, and requested a refund. The host failed to respond to Booking.com’s messages, showing a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. We have photos documenting the conditions we found. Do not waste your money on this property. We would never stay here again and strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

    Best location, comfortable stay in Florence

    The location is the best. The check in and check out process is also easy. The size of the room and the bed is fine.

    The water in the shower takes time to warm, and the water pressure is also very low. The hole in the sink should have cover.
