No cumple expectativas
La ubicación
Desde el principio ya no pintaba para el 8.8 q presumen en la entrada ni el 8.3 q tienen ahora en booking. Hasta q intente llamar x teléfono porque en el timbre no abría la puerta no me escribieron por WhatsApp para darme las indicaciones de cómo se entraba tanto a la residencia como luego a la habitación, me parece genial q sea de modo autónomo, como en muchos Airbnb pero por lo menos avisa antes porque te sientes desatendido. Luego en la habitación llevábamos un fire stick (para ver las noches al llegar ver nuestras películas o series como hacemos en todos los viajes y q hace mucha gente), pues el enchufe más cercano a la TV, estaba precintado y pregunté x wasap q qué sucedía y me dijeron q 2-3 días antes se había roto, y yo me pregunto, en un hotel q estan constantemente recibieron gente no pueden arreglar algo tan simple como un enchufe? Porque realmente hay gente q va con muchos aparatos electrónicos. Luego al día siguiente no habían renovado ni el champú y gel ni el papel higiénico, tienes q estar pidiendo cada cosa q necesitas cuando son cosas q todos los días se utilizan y se gastan, y para rematar, dado q al inicio decía q no me dijeron como iba el sistema de entrada hasta q yo llamé para preguntar pero sin embargo para la salida, la noche anterior si q me estaban avisando de q al día siguiente se terminaba la estancia y la hora de salida y q tenía q dejar en efectivo la tasa turística en la habitación. Me parece todo bastante de mediocre calidad el servicio como para ser un 4 estrellas, no deberían ten cuidado más de 3. En el lado positivo, está muy limpio el lugar y la habitación diariamente limpieza y la zona es estupenda, es un barrio residencial en el q hay poco turista, muy tranquilo y seguro.

La ubicación es estupenda. La facilidad para el check -in y el check -out es estupenda. Poder dejar las maletas mientras aprovechas las últimas horas en Roma se agradece mucho! Todo genial!
