    Peaceful stay in Trastevere

    Very good communiction with the iwnets. Exceptionally clean.Good wifi. Lovely shower and toilet with eindow. Room of unusual shape. A little spartan but functional. Fridge was great to have in room. No street noise we coulc not use valcony becausenof rain but in good weather it would be a bonus. 6 min from Villa Farnesina.

    We have been travelling around Italy for three weeks and have stayed at several different hotels along the way. We have had wonderful experiences everywhere else, with welcoming hosts, clean rooms and great service. Unfortunately, Residenza del Cedro was the one big disappointment of our trip. There was no housekeeping during our stay. The room was not cleaned, the rubbish was not emptied, and I had to ask several times before we received fresh towels. The shower was missing a door, which meant that water sprayed all over the bathroom floor every time we took a shower. We also found small insects, possibly ants, along the skirting boards in the room. The location in Trastevere is very good, but sadly, that is the only positive thing we can say about our stay. After so many wonderful hotel experiences during our three weeks in Italy, it was disappointing to end our trip this way.

    Lovely historic guest house

    A super communicative Host,. Incredible old world property. Exceptionally clean. Nice from bed. Everything in order. Property maintained. Host very easy to work with with late check in. A property was so clean that it actually smelled nice. Far enough away from the cultural center to be quiet.
