Bel luogo confortevole e accogliente per scoprire Senigallia: torneremo e lo consigliamo!!!
appartamento piacevolissimo con due camere a letto, cucina e soggiorno ben isolato acusticamente. C'erano cialde per il caffè e le richieste fatte al proprietario sono state immediatamente soddisfatte

La struttura è in una bellissima posizione centrale sia rispetto al mare che al centro del paese. Il Proprietario è stato gentilissimo e le indicazioni per l’accesso sono state chiare e precise. Letti molto comodi, confortevoli.
Il livello di finiture così come soprattutto il bagno, a livello di piastrelle la caldaia i fori passanti che mostrano la soffitta, la doccia molto piccola senza portasapone con il tubo che perdeva e l’impossibilità di regolarne l’altezza creano un disagio che fanno sì che la struttura non sia adeguata al prezzo pagato.

La posizione dell’appartamento è davvero ottima: in centro e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Si trova in una zona pedonale, ma c’è parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi e parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi. La casa è spaziosa, con due camere ampie. Il bagno è piccolo, mentre la cucina è comoda e funzionale.
L’aspetto più negativo è il rumore. Essendo in centro città e trattandosi di un edificio antico, le finestre non hanno alcun tipo di insonorizzazione. In altre parole, anche con le finestre chiuse si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Abbiamo dormito davvero male nelle notti in cui c’era un po’ di movimento notturno. Sarebbe davvero opportuno pensare a modernizzare le finestre per ridurre i rumori provenienti dall’esterno. La cucina non aveva il microonde.
