  Csodás helyen van és nagyon tágas. Voltak szép részei a lakásnak. Csodaszépek az ajtók és vannak szép bútorok. Gördülékeny volt a be és kicsekkolás.

  Nem volt túl tiszta a padló, büdösek a törölközők, nem voltak jól elmosogatva a konyhai eszközök. A fürdőszobára ráférne egy felújítás, a zuhany tartója és a törölközőtartó kiesik a falból. Kicsit ijesztően dől az ágy felé a nagy ruhásszekrény. Mikor megérkeztünk volt benn egy nagyon kedves, de elég nagy gyík, akit órákig próbáltunk kiterelni:)

  PESSIMO

  Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi enormi. La prima sera, appena arrivati, non funzionava l'acqua. Dopo aver telefonato siamo dovuti scendere in uno scantinato a resettare la pompa. Fortunatamente tutto è ripartito. La seconda sera solito problema, ma nonostante la prova di resettare nulla. E stato mandato un idraulico che ha risolto il problema in un paio d'ore. Abbiamo fatto la doccia e abbiamo notato che usciva acqua vicono alla doccia ma pensavamo uscisse dal box. In realtà...... quando siamo tornati da cena abbiamo trovato problemi con lo scarico del bagno. In pratica in wc non scaricava bene e l'acqua usciva da sotto il water allagando tutto. Abbiamo contattato subito la struttura che ovviamente alle 23 non ci ha risposto. Lo ha fatto la mattina seguente quando abbiamo chiamato alle 8 proponendoci o di attendere l'arrivo dell'idraulico (chissà quando, rischiando di perdere tutta la mattina e non potendo utilizzare il bagno) o di lasciare la struttura rimbirsandoci le notti non utilizzate!!!!! Abbiamo scelto la seconda opzione.. fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un alloggio vicino.. ma con 2 bambini è stata veramente una cosa non piacevole!!!! Oltretutto non ci hanno neppure riconosciuto un indennizzo per il disagio.... e ci hanno anche "rinfacciato" di averli disturbati la sera tardi e la mattina presto fuori dall'orario di servizio!!!! Altra cosa, il letto dei bambini era orrendo.. un piccolo divano letto improponibile, senza materasso e duro come il marmo... Purtroppo pessima esperienza.. peccato perche con un po di manutenzione la posizione e l'alloggio sarebbero ottimi.

  I stayed here for 10 days and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The location is excellent, but the apartment itself was poorly maintained. During my stay there were multiple power cuts, which twice left the apartment without water because the shower pump had to be reset. On another day the Wi-Fi stopped working completely. The shower and bathroom were in poor condition, with rusty fittings and obvious signs of wear. The apartment also wasn’t cleaned to a high standard, with dust behind the furniture and tired-looking bathroom fixtures. Basic supplies were inadequate for a 10-day stay. Only two toilet rolls were provided, there were no kitchen towels or kitchen roll, and even after the mid-stay cleaning these essentials were not replenished. The soap dispenser also looked old and unappealing rather than being something prepared for new guests. Finally, I was told I had to collect my luggage by 3 p.m. on the day of departure despite my evening flight, and the only alternative offered was to pay for luggage storage elsewhere. This was disappointing, especially after the number of issues during the stay. The staff were polite in their messages, but too many problems arose during my stay, and I expected much better maintenance and preparation of the apartment.
