    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Il permet de profiter pleinement des visites tout en offrant un cadre calme, à l’abri du tumulte de la ville, ce qui est très appréciable pour se reposer. La propriétaire est très accueillante et prodigue de précieux conseils pour découvrir Venise et profiter au mieux du séjour. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! 😊

    Francesca è adorabile, sempre disponibile e fonte di ottimi consigli. L'appartamento è comodo, bello e luminoso. La cucina attrezzata, la vista dalla stanza da letto molto romantica. Il quartiere incantevole. Sembra di essere nell'isola di un'isola

    Pleasant stay at a central location.

    Very clean, spacious, with many windows and with a totally new kitchen fully equipped. Good mattress and excellent communication with the landlady.

    A lot of stairs to reach the apartment, difficult if you carry a suitcase.

    Fabulous homely stay - a haven within a busy tourist town

    Fabulous location less than 10mins walk from the main tourist sites. It was actually a relief to walk away from the hustle and bustle to come home to a lovely neighbourhood area. Francesca and Cristian were great hosts- live on site and available to meet your every need without being at all intrusive. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
